In case of any disputes or for any unforeseen issue (s) or issues not covered in the guidelines, specifications and other information published by the NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL, the decision of the NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL shall be final and binding on me and all other concerned.

I (we) also undertake that if I fail to pay every admission batch time student registration and examination fee, chargeable charges, minimum balance in Centre Wallet, stationary renewal fee or any other relevant charges by NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL Authority for Centre then NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL have the right to transfer all our enrolled Students to any other Coordinator or treat them as Direct Students to complete their course.

I (we) understand and agree that fees paid by me/ us with the application form or on account of processing fee, for conduct of inspection, for grant of approval of my application or any other fee or charges, as prescribed for Study Center once paid, will be non-refundable. Withdrawal of my proposal or rejection by the NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL at any stages for reason whatsoever shall not entitle me to claim any amount or compensation from the NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL.

• I (we) and The Centre Invest the required sums for the capital costs for creation of Authorized Study and Training Centre “ASTC” and equip it with suitable infrastructure, furniture and fixtures, computers, medical practice laboratory, Other required Vocational and skill development Training Laboratory and other equipment’s etc. Incur all the recurring and maintenance costs related to and for the purpose of running the ASTC.
• I (we) and The Centre Undertake to create specific infrastructure facilities such as space for setting up the ASTC, with classrooms, labs, drinking water facility, toilets, electricity supply and telephone connections for Internet and telecommunication, furniture, computing facilities, qualified staff, etc. as prescribed by NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL from time to time.
• Ensuring the availability of stipulated number of qualified staff for the management, coordination, marketing, teaching, evaluation, system administration, etc.
• Working out a suitable timetable for course according to the batch-wise academic calendar stipulated by NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL and announcing the same to the learners. Ensure that these courses will commence and conclude strictly as per the calendar provided by NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL.
• Imparting the training to all the learners in the ASTC as per the stipulated syllabus so as to achieve the desired objective of the curriculum and ensure attainment of desired competencies on the part of the learners.
• I (we) always maintain high standards of cleanliness, upkeep and cosmetic maintenance of the allotted premises.
• Ensure the safety and insurance of its invested/mobilized assets and personnel at the ASTC.
• Ensure safe use of logins (provided by NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL) by only its authorized personnel. In case of relationship between authorized people (s) and ASTC is discontinued, ensure that no unauthorized use of logins is possible by the disassociated personnel.

Be responsible for payment of such amounts of registration/renewal fees, processing fees, Exam and Online Certification fees etc. OR Student stationary kit Charges as maybe specified by NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL from time to time.

Enroll the learners for the courses by issuing NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL’s pre-defined application form, by entering learners’ data into the proper version of the admission software provided by NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL, by collecting specified course fee and examination fee from the applicants, by uploading the paid learners’ data on NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL web-site and by issuing the fee receipts in NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL’s pre-printed format to the applicants and handover medium wise Course material to Learners for NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL Stamp of ASTC and sign of Authorized Signatory of ASTC.

Authorized Signatory Agreement between ASTC and NIED COUNCIL for NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL - OFFERED PROGRAMS: Confirm admissions of learners as per the procedure stipulated by NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL from time to time, by collecting full course fee from Learners (in case of paid Learners admission) and further transferring the NIED’s Share or any other amount as stipulated by NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL from time to time including examination charges.

NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL shall reserve the right to either refund or forfeit any amount as received after due date or received without following proper procedure of remittance as stipulated by NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL from time to time to ASTC without confirming the Learner. NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL may discontinued Demand Draft/ Cheque mode of payment in from any batch or may provide DD/ Cheque options to few specific ASTC.

• NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL Authorized Training center have a good maintained Computer Lab and Vocational Training Lab. The computer lab contains high configurations of computer Networked with Internet, Head Phones, and good Quality Systems Configuration.
• Centre Infrastructure like Furniture, Display Boards, Facilities, Good Location, Decent & Spacious Accommodation, Proper Enquiry Counter, Fixed and known office timing, Proper Lab Room & Class Room, Experienced Qualified and communicative faculty, proper reporting to head office and Polite and persuasive handling of students are important for successful Authorized Training Centre NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL.
• The Centre’s are expected to keep qualified Faculty which also has practical’s orientation/ experience. The proposed qualification MCA, BE, M.Sc, PGDCA, DCA, ITI or similar also depends course Training Diploma for Vocational Courses.
• Centre has to undertake Local publicity like pamphlets, communication campaigns and popular programs etc.
• Course should be conducted as per the norms laid down by NIED COUNCIL Head Office from time to time & in areas allotted to them.
• The Centre Director/ Centre Staff should shoulder their own responsibility in running their Authorized Study and Training Centre without creating any unwanted situation for the Head Office.
• Issue of Certificate/ Diploma/ Marksheet is done only by head office after successfully complete course & passing the exam (Internal-External Assessments.) Such as Centre Director should keep in mind that they are in no way authorized to issue Certificate/ Diploma/ Marksheet of any student, any course.
• To make all payments pertaining to proper operation at the Centre like rent of the premises, salary to staff, electricity, and water bills, and such other expenses in time any liability created by Center Director in this regard will be exclusive his/her own and will not be carried forward to NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL Head Office.
• Closing down of the branch/ Centre without exclusive permission of the NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL Head Office is not allowed if any Centre Director do so the liabilities with regard to student Certificates, Cash collection, Centre expenses in Previous etc. will be exclusively that of Centre and in no case shall be carried forward to NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL Head Office, in fact NIED COUNCIL Head Office can take legal action and can report the matter to the Police on its own.
• Centre Director have to read and understand all Particulars, Email, Documents send by NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL Head Office for his/him. For more about rules and regulations Centre Director has to understand the agreement between NIED COUNCIL – Authorized Study and Training Centre and NIED COUNCIL Head Office. Centre’s have to Enroll Minimum as per the Centre category annual required Students to Provide Training in Various Academic Courses to Renew License without making any Charge.

NIED COUNCIL wants to provide maximum benefits to Authorized Study and Training Centre and Students with quality.

• Franchisee commits to send all required and prescribed reports to the NIED COUNCIL- HEAD OFFICE Authority on schedule and time to time.
• Invest the required sums for the capital costs for creation of ASTC and equip it with suitable infrastructure, furniture and fixtures, computers and other equipment’s etc. Incur all the recurring and maintenance costs related to and for the purpose of running the ASTC.
• The objective of any course offered by NIED COUNCIL is to make people skilled, empowered, professional, ready to occupational self-reliant for employment and self-employment.
• All diploma and certificate courses offered by this council are not related or equivalent the syllabus of any other institute, board or council. All courses under “NEXTGEN INDIA EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL” not related to any State or Central Government.
